The History

The Practice was established in 1995 on Auckland’s North Shore and has experienced steady and sustainable growth ever since. Established by Mark Smith, the Practice began as a sole practitioner, home-based business, with purpose offices in the East Coast Bays. As the number of team members grew, the Practice moved to new commercial premises in the North Harbour area in 2002, and again to newer and larger premises close by in 2007, where the Practice operates at present.

Still under the leadership of Mark Smith, the Practice has flourished and now boasts a highly experienced team of specialists and a diverse client base. TOP

The Team

The team available to you comprises 15 technical and administrative specialists. The technical team of 10 includes 2 Chartered Professional Engineers (Structural, Civil), 4 Structural Engineers (4 year Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree), 4 Engineering Technicians (3 year Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BEngTech) degree or 2 year diploma), a Project Supervisor and an Engineering Draftsperson.

The administrative team comprises a Technical Administrator, a Financial Administrator and a Practice Manager who covers the HR function and oversees system management within the Practice. TOP
